¿quieres dejar un recado? - can I take a message? (literally: would you like to leave a message)

¿puedo llamarte luego? - can I call you later? (familiar)
¿podría llamarle luego? - can I call you later? (polite)

creo que se ha equivocado de número - I think you have the wrong number (polite)

¿cuál es tu número de teléfono? - what's your number? (familiar)
¿cuál es su número de teléfono? - what's your number? (polite)
